Mohawks and hats

I can't reist putting Hunter's hair in a mohawk after I slather the sun block on him, it's so cute on him!! Remind me how cute mohawks are when he's 10 and wants one!!

At first we couldn't get Hunter to go into the binocular tunnel, then we couldn't get him to get out of it!! Silly boy!

Fathers and Sons

My very own . . .

We had a "grown-up" weekend camping trip. Mike told Hunter that if he was a good boy for Nana, we would bring him back a surprise. This is what he got!! Now he can ride along side Daddy!!

Pals . . .

Hunter and I walk with the girls Tuesday and Thursday nights (or at least try to!). Here is a pic of Hunter's pals, Briana and Owen. The boys weren't being very co-operative!!

Outside Fun

Hunter and I had some fun in the sun!! Here are a couple pics to share, we even found a 4 leaf clover!!

Big Boy

Hunter is becoming such a little boy and less baby boy. Here is a picture for comparison. The first one was taken in November, so he's about 6 weeks old, the 2nd was taken July 21st.

New Friend

We went to the Firemen's Carnival where Hunter met a new friend!! Elizabeth is a couple months younger than Hunter.

After our afternoon nap we spent some time outside. Here is Hunter "stalking" his prey!

I found a night crawler in the grass and showed it to Hunter. He was a little hesitant at first, but quickly decided that I must be giving him some sort of new snack!! Don't worry, I didn't let him eat it!!

Camping!!

We went camping for the weekend to Alpine Lake, NY. Saturday was a great day!! We spent lots of time in the sun, fishing, swimming and playing!!

Hunter loves the water, he's only been in pools so this was a new experience for him. He wasn't too sure about the sand but he liked being able to move on his own in the water.

On the way home we stopped at the Farmers Daughter with Brian, Amy and Carter. Hunter and Carter are playing "Firemen"! Like Fathers, Like Sons!

Four Wheelin

Mike took Hunter for a ride on the four wheeler, he like to try to steer it himself. It won't be long before he will want his own!

Nice Suprise

Hunter spent the day with Nana and surprised me at work!! Fun!! The girls loved him!

Summer Treat!

Hunter and Daddy shared a cherry popsicle tonight. Hunter loved it and would yell out when Daddy wasn't fast enough putting it in his mouth! Our little boy loves his food! We kid that he's going to be like Joey on Friends, doesn't share food!!!

Grampys are FUN!!!

Hunter loves his Grampy! Grampy took him for a little walk up and down the drive way.

Happy 4th of July!!

Friends of ours Steve and Dawn have a 4th of July party every year. We weren't able to go last year so we made sure we got to go this year. We rented a cottage for the weekend that had a great view of Niantic Bay!!

Saturday morning we woke up to a damp overcast day, we didn't let it deter us, we went down to the boardwalk and introduced Hunter to the ocean. The ocean is one of my favorite things, not sure Hunter was too impressed by it!!

There was someone Hunter's size at the party!! Tessa is 2 months older than Hunter. They enjoyed each other's company.
